We at Aeroplast Ltd are seeking applications for the role of General Manager- Plant operations for our production unit at Gandhidham, Gujarat. The candidate must be from a relevant Paper Bag Manufacturing background as a mandate with 10-15 Yrs of overall experience and excellent knowledge of Paper Bag production process and the new-age Machines used in the production.

The role primarily revolves around the following.

1. Heading the Paper Bag Department

2. Ensuring Production with consistent quality

3. Ensuring Product delivery as per the plan

4. Mechanical Maintenance of the Paper Bag Machines

5. Monitor & Improve the on-line quality

6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

7. People Management

8. Training & Development
