Job Description

The job of a digital marketing manager will entail the entire digital gamut of the organization wherein the incumbent will be in charge of creating and transforming the brand image of the organization across varied digital platforms through constant content creation, effective story-telling, social-media penetration, paid and unpaid campaign management, and working closely with digital marketing agencies to enhance the brand image through cutting-edge digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage growth marketing strategies across various digital platforms to enhance and increase the traffic drawn to the brand through web, SEO/SEM, email, social media marketing, etc.

- Create and constantly enhance website content to ensure optimum traffic

- Innovate growth hacks, as simple as text or colour changes on a page, to multi-dimensional, long term plans that require cross-functional alignment and initiatives

- Creating visually appealing marketing collaterals such pamphlets, product documents, company brochures, etc. to effectively translate the organization's image and vision

- Studying and researching customer behavior, customer segmentation, and targeting to ensure accurate and efficient targeting of customers with relevant communication methodologies

- Understand the complete customer journey and ideate around interventions to improve customer experience across all digital platforms

- Penetrating the space of social media to bring the brand's presence across

- Managing all digital campaigns, from ideation, media planning, creative communication, content creation to strategy implementation

- Creating and maintaining relationships with digital marketing and media agencies

- Ideating on all possible paid or unpaid campaigns which can be run to optimally utilize platforms such as Google or Face to drive traffic towards the brand

- Creating unique content that can be disseminated amongst masses (brand slogan, catch phrases, jingles, videos, etc.) for an enhanced customer branding and image building
