Aero Plast - AGM/DGM - Strategy & Business Analytics

The job role of the Strategy and Business Analytics entails creating a clear framework to help the organization achieve results from its strategic initiatives. Through a dynamic, customer focused, data driven, and result oriented approach, one will be expected to partner with the cross functional business teams and will be responsible for designing the strategy and execution of all organizational initiatives.This is a very vital role as it will act as an anchor driving the efficiency in return of investments for the initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work alongside the Director to interact with internal and external stakeholders to understand their specific business objectives,develop ideas and create business plans/strategies to be implemented organization-wide.

- Engage in various digital transformation projects

- Conduct market assessment, Primary/Secondary research to identify actionable consumer insights for leadership team

- Demand forecasting using statistical tools to analyse trends, seasonality & evaluate segment/product wise sales potential

- Forecast business profitability on regular basis & create processes and tools to delink risks by monitoring project financials,predict capacity constraints & optimize resource allocation for ensuring delivery of products and services as per targets

- Translate strategy to execution by working effectively on cross-functional or departmental initiatives and organization-wide priorities

- Digitize and transform all traditional work processes towards an automated approach

- Evaluate the business performance and impact of the implemented strategic business initiatives.

- Project Management via Agile or Scrum Methodologies

- Influence change on an organizational level by presenting insightful analysis to top management that can help improve overall efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity

- Create actionable data reports and dashboards through extensive data analysis and provide a high-level summary for discussions and decision making to the top management

- Understand all daily business operations and transactional activities to their core, and work towards driving them in the absence of the top management

- Create and execute Market Seeding plan for new product roll out with support from cross functional project team
