JOB DESCRIPTION :

Qualification Requirements : Manager (CA - 5+)

Experience & Exposure Requirements :

- IT industry experience or experience in Big 4 or equivalent audit firm would be preferred. Should have knowledge about US MNCs accounting, reporting and filing with SEC.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Essential Roles, Responsibilities :

- General Ledger accounting and preparation of monthly/quarterly financials.

- Reporting of monthly/ quarterly financials along with detailed breakdown of numbers to the management, investors, lenders and external parties.

- Providing financials, numbers and data to consultants for filing various listing forms with SEC on monthly/quarterly basis.

- Should have control on numbers and should understand of flow of numbers.

- Responsible for resolving queries from auditor related to financials.

Essential Skills / Competencies :

- Must have general ledger accounting skills and month close activities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, power point.

- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance

Preferred Skills / Competencies :

- US GAAP knowledge will be preferred

- Should have knowledge about consolidation.

- Professional, detail oriented, organized and efficient.
