We're looking for an ambitious Content Writer who is an exceptionally talented & motivated individual. You'll be teaming up with engineers, product managers, and sales people from a diverse set of backgrounds who are challenging every assumption about software development.

What do you get to do?

- Engage with engineers, programmers, and project managers to learn about specific products or processes

- Become a subject matter expert for AERCHAIN

- Responsible for planning the writing processes by setting timelines and deadlines, developing, and executing content strategy

- Create or work with graphic designers to create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to assist readers in understanding a product or process

- Make SEO driven, high quality fresh content for all the channels and business requirements, that effectively reach, speak to, help and engage customers

- Revise the existing content/landing pages to make it more effective and drive more traffic respectively

- Draft and distribute company announcements and service updates

- Develop and share content for company social media channels

- Create presentation materials for sales, education

- Propose new topics for articles and write them

- Compile content for quarterly reports using data and research from our product and tech team

- Track impact on the content enhancement and new content creation, suggest data-driven changes

What you need to have/ bring to the table:

- 3+ years of overall SEO content writing experience, Preferred work experience in a B2B environment, preferably at least 2+ years in a SAAS company

- Ability to create engaging content for Website, Blog, Decks, Newsletters, Social media, Brochures, Product Descriptions, User Manuals and Mailers

- Working knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms and ranking strategies, and passion to stay abreast of news and trends in SEO and online marketing

- Experience working cross functionally with other departments
