Responsibilities:
- Get involved in the entire customer lifecycle from on-boarding through the duration of their contract period.
- Provide product training to enable the customers to realize the potential of Aerchain.
- Deeply understand customer business and technology needs; become the face of Aerchain to the customer.
- Execute customer success plan to drive adoption post-deployment.
- Identify product usage gaps and provide actionable solutions to the customers.
- Build value-based relationships with customers and create Aerchain champions.
- Identify opportunities of upselling and cross-selling along with the Sales Managers.
- Identify appropriate business use cases for existing customers where Aerchain other modules can be deployed.
- Communicate and brain-storm with the product team on customer feedback and help refine product roadmap
- Identify and Process Success milestones for the customers
- Willingness to take initiative and tackle things on your own.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Technical understanding of SaaS, Cloud Services or equivalent
- Displays Highest levels of Professionalism & Integrity - at all times
- Experience with enterprise software implementations
- Ability to show customers how to - use- the offerings to get to first productive use and proactive expansion
- Understanding of enterprise software implementations, SaaS and cloud applications
- Strong interpersonal relationship building and executive communications skills
- Can manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously
- Motivated and positive approach to solving customer problems large and small
- Passion for technology and for contributing to a fast-growing SaaS company
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products
Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services and/or Services Industries, Technical Sales.
- Experience working in B2B Enterprise Software, SaaS and/or Cloud
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering)
