JOB LOCATION - BELGAUM

He/She will be responsible for developing and executing communications strategies that increase company visibility and engagement. Responsibilities

- Creating campaigns that raise awareness of the company's activities and goals in social media platform.

- Manage existing platforms of in-house magazines, emailers, website, social media, podcasts and newsletters as well as press releases with relevant and engaging content.

- Leverage new channels and modes of communication to reach new stakeholders and expand outreach and engagement.

- Oversee continuous social media presence including promotion and live coverage of flagship events, and increase engagement and viewership.

- Guide preparation of various video based on organisations work including drafting scripts

- Development of speeches, briefing notes and background papers for office bearers covering a range of topics in consultation with relevant verticals.

Work with media team for press releases and media interactions

Brand:

1. Follow the strategic Marketing Roadmap and set the brand strategy.

2. Define Aequs brand positioning to reflect the unique role that Aequs play in the industrial cluster ecosystem development.

3. Own and evolve brand standards and brand experience across all channels (e.g. external communications, representation at events, social media, PR)

4. Develop key measurements for brand reputation and brand engagement in the market to ensure communication strategies and marketing programs.

5. Use consumer feedback and trends in the market to create compelling brand stories and build a unified culture around the brand.

Marketing:

1. Liaison with the marketing agencies (brand, social media, PR) and track their performance.

2. Implement and oversee marketing campaigns utilizing various marketing channels.

3. Explore marketing initiatives and processes to maintain competitive presence in the domain.

4. Benchmark marketing strategy against competitors to establish differentiation.

5. Monitor and manage relevant marketing reporting dashboards to ensure continual platform evolution (website SEO, social media growth, news coverage, announcements, events, etc.)

6. Strengthen existing relationships with relevant journalists, influencers, and media partners
