Aequs - DGM/GM - Finance Controller - CA

Job Description

- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the leadership level to design and implement finance and controlling systems and processes that align with the overall growth strategy for Aequs Consumer.

- Head the business finance team for Aequs Consumer handling financial controllership and statutory compliances; establishing fiscal discipline.

- Responsible for working capital management, Internal audit planning & administering, planning, implementing and maintaining financial information systems, monitoring cash flows, budget control, and tax compliances.

- Managing the structuring, consolidation and analysis of financial data audits, reporting, accounting

- Manage the treasury function for the consumer business entailing payments, borrowing, bank reconciliations etc.

- Applying advanced skills in financial analysis such as budget setting, expense variance analysis & financial consolidation; investigating and resolving potential revenue leakage area.

- Establishing and implementing internal controls to maintain integrity and accuracy of financial reports.

Experience and Qualification

Chartered Accountant with 15-18 years of experience in handling accounting/finance function in a manufacturing set up
