We have an opportunity for AEM Architect and Business Head with one of our start up client.
It is a part of a multi-disciplinary group with expertise in digital strategy, creative design, executive narrative, and competitive benchmarking - has been created to develop C-suite engagement strategies, elevate the quality of client briefings, drive commercialization and growth of new opportunities, and accelerate measurable outcomes.
Position: AEM Architect and Business Head
Key Responsibilities:
As a Director, you- ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Will be owning the Adobe competency targeted for the India market. Will be responsible for
- Revenue
- Practice Utilization
- Training, Learning, and growth for Adobe competency
- Alliance Management
- Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Managing Director- India
- Will be responsible for building team/ competency/ Proof of Concepts as part of the company's Go To Market plan on the AEM competency.
- Be involved in the financial management of clients
- Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
- Manage Alliance relationship with Adobe in India and cross-sell and up-sell product and service offerings through the creation of integrated Go to Market plan.
- Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
- Assist in the management and delivering of large projects Train, coach, and supervise staff
- Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
- Preferable Indicators
- Experience of engaging with Adobe from an alliance standpoint
- Experience in driving business development goals
- Proven experience in architecting at least 2 large implementations of Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience integrating HTML/CSS developed UX into AEM components using AEM best practices
- Knowledge and understanding of Content Repositories and experience in designing content lifecycle using Adobe and Adobe Marketing tools;
- 5 years of hands-on development experience with several of the following: - Java/J2EE - CSS3 - HTML5 - JavaScript libraries
- Experience in AEM Forms (Adaptive forms, adaptive documents, correspondence management)
- Experience with OSGi modular Java platform, Apache Sling, and Java Content Repository
- Demonstrated experience with REST API design and development concepts and use-cases, including exposure to integration platform such as Mule or other ESB's
- Proven AEM Responsive Design and Mobile development experience; and,
- Strong front-end technology experience in Angular, JQuery, SASS, CSS and integrating these assets into AEM deployments.
- Web-based technologies including single sign-on products, AEM, SOA or Microservice architectures, content management systems (including Headless), portals and search technologies, and high-level knowledge of enterprise system architectures
- 7-12 years of experience in the relevant field.
- At least 7-8 years- experience coding with Java/J2EE
- 3-4 years of experience with AEM
- 3-4 years- experience with OSGi framework (Bundles/Services, tag libraries)
- Has been an architect or co-architected at least three AEM-based solutions or projects
- Has experience with back-end integration and front-end integration
- Has experience utilizing taxonomies within AEM applications
- Has experience working with different persistence architectures (Architectures include: Binary Storages, content storages, relational databases, index technologies, and cloud installation)
- Can architect an entire AEM infrastructure/environment
- Can complete As Is/Discovery analysis of client architecture
- Is capable of abstracting functional requirements based on customer vision and write coherent functional specifications
- Is capable of identifying colliding requirements and is able to moderate resolution of functional conflict.
- Has more than 8 years- experience designing and developing solutions involving a high degree of technical complexity
- Can work with project management teams to identify the appropriate delivery approach and resourcing mix for a project
- Actively shares industry trends and vendor information with colleagues through informal communication and formal presentations and training sessions
- Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science (preferable)
