KEY PURPOSE
- To ensure continuous flow of competent talent within branches as per target assigned
- Managing end to end HR activities from on-boarding to exit
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
STRATEGIC
- Understand the requirements, identify the right source mix, focus on multiple sources of talent acquisition
- Adherence to the turn around time for getting the candidates onboard
- Administer selection tests, assess candidates on the basis of competency based interviewing and select the right candidate for the role
- Ensure closure of offers, salary negotiations of the candidates selected
- Monitor the Manpower budgets, ensure that the recruitment costs are within the prescribed budgets
- Coordinate the on-boarding process
- Vendor Management and evaluate the performance of Recruitment Consultants Ensure adherence to the organizations values and culture while interacting with external vendors
- Ensure timely delivery of Induction and deliver the HR part in the Induction process
- Handle end to end HR activities for the assigned branches
- Manage the separation process
- Address HR queries/concerns of employees
- Send daily MIS
FINANCIAL
- Comply with the budget
- Negotiate rates with external vendors to get the best deal, cost optimization
PROCESS
- Set up systems and processes for regular MIS reporting
- Comply with recruitment process
- System (HRMS) usage and adherence
CUSTOMER
- Build network with internal customers with in the organization.
- Build strong and profitable relationships with key vendors in order to create, support and maximize the potential business opportunities with them.
- Ensure internal customer satisfaction by reducing recruitment turn around times, and addressing people concerns

PROFILE
- Candidate must be a Post Graduate in Human Resources with at least 3 to 5 years of HR experience.
- Candidates having an employee facing role in addition to recruitment responsibilities will be preferred.
