KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
STRATEGIC:
- Prepare Strategic Partner Presentation for Growth Marketing and Business Development.
- Maintain and Publish MIS, AOP Trackers and Strategic Management/Shareholder Commentary for the Team.
- Support HOD in Strategy, Pricing & Business Planning related areas for the Team.
- Support BD initiatives with regards to new Partner On-boarding.
FINANCIAL:
PROCESS:
- Ensure Internal Governance processes are adhered to by Sales Heads & BA's.
- Ensure Finance, Actuarial, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Audit processes are adhered to by Team.
CUSTOMER:
- Provide support to HOD & Sales Heads to maintain strong ties with Partners through regular catch-ups and follow-ups.
PEOPLE :
- Provide support to HOD & Sales Heads with regards to Strategy, Processes and HO Connect.
- Work closely with all Internal Stakeholders (HO Teams).
