Key Responsibilities
Product Expert :
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Create buy-in for the - product marketing plan- a vision both internally and with key external partners
- Act as a product introducer to build awareness and understanding about the product
- Translate product strategy into actionable marketing requirements & create communication for the same.
- Work closely with multiple teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Product Propositions :
- Working on product collaterals
- Identifying product propositions and testing them
- Conducting surveys on product acceptability amongst consumers and distribution teams
- Drive product launches in collaboration with the Brand & Communication team and other stakeholders
- Manage tactical campaigns throughout the year to meet product marketing objectives
Product Marketing Plans :
- Evaluate & drive promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy
- Manage and liaise with the partners and align the internal teams and strategies as per mutually agreed goals
- Align closely with Customer Service & Onboarding teams to build and maintain a strong customer experience
- Communications background with agency will be an added advantage
- Product marketing for a Financial product category
- Product communication planning for multiple products
Knowledge & Skills (Indicate which criteria are mandatory) :
- Marketing skills are a must
- Savvy with Financial Product details are expected out of this role
- Specialist in planning product launches and NPD marketing
