Job Description:

- Aegon Life Insurance Company is seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of Information Security Manager. This role will provide opportunities to:

- To Evaluate, Implement & Maintain security technology Solutions

- Work closely with executives across multiple disciplines in India and with our Asia/Global security teams acting as a key member of ALIC senior management

Key Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience in implementing products and solutions for cybersecurity

- To Evaluate, Implement & Maintain security technology Solutions

- Web Application Firewalls (WAF)

- Data Classification & Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

- Digital Rights Management (DRM)

- Privilege Identity Management (PIM\PAM)

- Network Access Control (NAC)

- Digital Risk Management (DRM)

- DNS Security

- To support security technology implementation program management with OEM

- To building Standard operating procedures

- To do tools fine-tuning and ongoing configuration review

- To integrate tools with Security Operations Centre (SOC)

- To build tool specific SOC monitoring use cases

Requisites :

- 6-8 years experience working in IT Security

- Knowledge of Cloud platforms like AWS & Azure

- Strong negotiation skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related technical field

- CEH, CISSP, CISM, or other IT security certifications

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Strong project management skills

- Proficiency in Linux & Security tools
