Manager - Learning & Engagement
KEY PURPOSE :
- Drive a culture of appreciation and learning across the organization.
- Help conceptualize and drive Talent Management & OD interventions
- Design and execute an employee engagement framework across the organization
- Manage the learning calendar and ensure stakeholder commitment to participation in learning initiatives for themselves and their teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
STRATEGIC :
- Design & lead engagement initiatives across all functions (offline and virtual)
- Promote the use of m-learning and seek stakeholder buy-in for learning plans
- Be an influencer towards ensuring a learning culture
- Help create and a communication framework for all HR initiatives
- Conceptualize and execute various talent management & OD interventions as per needs
FINANCIAL : Execute engagement, R&R & learning initiatives as per budgets
PROCESS :
- Design the employee engagement calendar and shortlist engagement vendors
- Execute the engagement activities for all functions and conduct a dipstick to ascertain effectiveness of the initiatives.
- Administer employee engagement surveys and drive participation
- Drive the Rewards and Recognition initiatives so as to ensure a culture of appreciation
- Assist the L&D Head in execution of learning initiatives from TNA to post-program action planning.
- Design, develop, and deploy m-learning content based on business needs.
- Promote the usage of m-learning app / LMS platform through regular quizzes, mandatory courses and learning bytes
- Create HR communication material for all engagement, Learning and HR Policies and ensure maximum reach of the information
- Help develop and support execution of talent review and career development processes
- Help develop and execute culture change & organisational development interventions as per business requirements.
CUSTOMER :
- Work closely with employees to understand and implement need-based learning programs and engagement initiatives
- Benchmark the best practices for engagement & learning across the industry
PEOPLE :
- Be the go-to-person for all engagement initiatives to drive a culture of appreciation and collaboration
- To enable and support all HoDs / employees to utilize the available learning and engagement platforms to build a highly engaged workforce.

PROFILE :
- Post graduate in HR from a reputed institute with minimum 3 years experience working in the HR / L&D function with hands-on experience of handling an LMS, e-learning and blended learning programs.
- Experience of having rolled out and executed engagement/OD/Talent Management initiatives for a mid-large sized organization.
