Senior Manager - Customer Experience Job Description : Responsibilities : - Define and implement standards/procedures for ensuring optimal Customer Experience - Drive orientation and Training, across squads, to build a strong foundation focused in customer-centric thinking - Monitor CX across all Digital touchpoints and identify ways to improve them, in line with changing industry trends - Guide / Create Rules for internal teams to ensure their interaction with customers at all touchpoints reflect positively on the company - Align CX Strategy and initiatives to overall Digital Experience goals, focused on partner distribution and direct-to-customer solutions Requirements - Skills, Abilities & Knowledge : - 5+ years experience formulating CX strategies - You live and breathe customer loyalty/ centricity - Strong verbal and writing skills - You are sociable and easy to speak with.
