Job responsibilities :
Market research and Analysis :
- Research acumen and creativity; able to craft effective research strategies
- Competition Benchmarking and database creation
- Customer journey for insurance products - mapping and analysis
- Track new product launches on digital & traditional platforms
- Drive innovation in creating newer campaigns / propositions
- Content development - Creation, modifications and review/ vetting of product-related documents/ marketing write-ups.
- Analytics - compile and analyze data to enable identification of sales trends, product mix patterns, A/E analysis etc.
- Understanding channel nuisance and levers that assist in business
- Develop propositions that enable insurance to be effectively sold through the partner platform while delivering a coherent customer experience
- Excellent people management and communication skills
Eligibility Criteria :
- 3-5 yrs experience with any life/ health insurer (preferably product development, but open to cross-functional roles as well)
- Previous experience designing e-commerce, fintech/insuretech focussed propositions and marketing campaigns, preferred but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to manage competing views
- Creative, agile and independent thinker
- Strong problem-solving skill set
- Execution focused with eye for detail
- Ideation, design thinking with ability to visualise concepts
