Business HR Head - Tier 1 Colleges Responsible for Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Retention, Employee connect, propagate and live our employee value preposition, work with Zonal Heads, Regional Heads on people engagement, performance management and talent planning. The role is primarily responsible for effective implementation of HR initiatives across all employees in branches in order to improve performance and productivity as well as build commitment to the organization. The role is that of a HR Business partner across all channels of distribution. Key Responsibilities:- - Ensures the quality of Business HR Delivery across Pan India Aegon life operations. This covers all HR processes such as recruitment, training delivery, performance management, engagement and retention at the Distribution level. - Responsible for Compliance with local statutes and appropriate action across the country. - Provide leadership and direction to HR Business Partners in addressing employee queries and implementing engagement activities. - Ensuring Voice of Customer is adequately represented so that suitable intervention can be designed and deployed - Ensures a Day One experience is created for all new hires - Represents the Face of HR at the Zones/Branches and ensures consistent implementation of HR processes Key Competencies: Manage Execution: Is able to effectively and efficiently manage implementation of HR policies and processes in a consistent, timely, fair and transparent manner Empathy: Demonstrates empathy and works well with people and is able to relate to their concerns and issues Customer Centricity: Clearly identifies and understands the customer and is able to sift through information and concerns to arrive at the right solution.
