Position - Adwords Specialist / Manager- (2 - 8 years) - Digital Marketing Firm

Location: Hyderabad

Job brief:

We are looking for an experienced PPC Marketing Specialist, with a proven record to optimize the existing channels and explore new PPC Channels.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Set up a clear repeatable process for scaling the PPC marketing efforts.

2. Train & groom a team of PPC Specialists

3. Experience in managing high-budget campaigns across AdWords, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other popular PPC platforms

4. Build a data-driven marketing team to run profitable campaigns across various PPC channels.

5. Implement PPC Management & Optimization Tools into the process

6. Explore better marketing tools for lead attribution, lead scoring, funnel lifecycle tracking

7. Conduct multiple new short-term & long-term PPC experiments with a dedicated budget and monitor the outcomes

8. Scale all the successful experiments to get continuous incoming leads

9. Understand market and competitor analysis and form strategies around them

10. Plan ahead in terms of hiring, budgeting and implementing new tools & processes.

Required skills:

1. 2+ years hands-on experience across various PPC marketing channels (AdWords, Facebook Ads etc.,).

2. Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.

3. Should be extremely good with AdWords Editor, Facebook Ads Editor & Power Editor.

4. Up to date on the latest improvements, techniques and opportunities in the PPC

5. Experience in analysing data across multiple platforms and providing insights for improving scale/efficiency.

6. Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities
