- Drafting DRHP for Initial Public Offer (IPO)

- Liasoning with SEBI and Exchanges

- All pre and post issue IPO formalities

Qualification & Experience :

- LLB with 3 to 8 years from Law/Legal Firm.

- Should be good in Drafting & vetting of various legal documents like contracts, authorizations, affidavits, Undertaking etc.

- Should be able to handle legal matters independently.
