Key roles and responsibilities :
- Supporting implementation of initiatives linked to strategic priorities for Advisory through problem solving, creative thinking and project management
- Conceptualizing and preparing executive information reports/dashboards based on stakeholder needs and issues
- Coordination with various stakeholders and communication of leadership messages across the practice
- Supporting development of leadership presentations and collaterals, based on stakeholder needs
- Supporting operationalization of various leadership visits and internal events
- Supporting communication of Advisory specific messages from the Advisory Leadership to the wider practice
- Collating, analyzing and presenting information through primary/secondary sources for global leadership
Skills and attributes :
- High proficiency with MS Office - Power-point, Excel and Word
- General awareness of IT related aspects of business from ERP to social media
- Excellent analytical, logical, interpersonal, project management and communication skills - spoken and written
- Innovation and problem solving abilities
- Willingness to stretch beyond standard working hours when necessary
- Commitment and attention to detail
Educational qualifications and past experience :
- At least a graduate with a preference for an MBA from a leading business school.
- 1-3 years of prior experience preferably with a professional services firm in similar line of business
- Preference for experience in a similar capacity i.e. part of CEO/ COO/CFO's office and involved in strategy implementation of the business
