Manager – Advisory and Projects in CS-Persistency team.
Department- Customer Service Persistency
Total Exp required: Min 7 years out of which atleast 3 years in Wealth Management/Portfolio Management
This role would be responsible to provide advisory to existing customers on products and market outlook.
Job Purpose:
To offer advisory to customers and channel based on products & market outlook and provide key insights based on analytics to form retention & persistency strategy & communication.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Providing advisory service to customer based on need analysis and market outlook
- Self managed portfolio advisory
- Manage customer retention tool to empower front end teams to offer appropriate solution and advice to the customer.
- To drive & manage advisory desk to enhance retention.
- To design & develop proactive retention communication.
- To analyze and interpret customer feedback to identify areas of improvement in customer retention.
- Create Business Cases and Management Summaries explaining business impact
- Enable Automation to ensure seamlessness in operations.
- Define project requirements and manage projects for improvements in processes, systems, client and sales force satisfaction.
CTC : 9 Lkhs to 11 Lkhs
