Qualification - MBA from Premium institute

- We are looking candidates from HR Consulting background  

- Overall P&L responsibility for the practice.

- Leading execution and supporting business development

- Will manage multiple projects.

- Execution/review of client projects.

- Manage client relationships with the objective of securing repeat business

- Support development of new business offerings and be responsible for preparing sales pitches.

- Involved in recruitment, team building and mentoring to develop subordinates.
