Responsibilities:
- Ability to effectively engage with the customer for creating / evaluating current HR strategy that is closely integrated with both the business strategy and the human capital strategy to support business outcomes
- Engage with CHRO of client organization for delivering high-value talent and HR framework to drive an improved employee experience
- Design and implement HR operating model capable of delivering talent and HR services efficiently and effectively on a global scale to support the critical needs of the business.
- Drive leading practices and operational excellence across talent and HR processes of customer organization by aligning those processes to the HR operating model and the underlying HR technology architecture.
- Own customer relationships including organizing and leading customer workshops
- Identify performance improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations
- Institutionalize learnings of the projects to enrich organizational assets & capabilities
- Provide training, documentation and other assistance to other associates to support and expand the practice of HR analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR Management with some background in Quantitative disciplines like Mathematics, Statistics. Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Science, Economics or any other quantitative field will be an added advantage
- 15+ years of experience in developing and implementing HR strategy
- Experience in advance analytics applications in HR will be a strong plus
- Industrial or research experience in optimization techniques; ability to build HR models and heuristic algorithm development will be a strong plus
- Strong abilities in problem definition and problem solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must
- Ability to work well with all levels within the organization and at customer
- Must be able to discuss technical issues with a non-technical audience
- Must be able to work independently
- Open to travel is a must
