On behalf of our client,we are seeking a dynamic and skilled Advisor to join our clients team, focusing on Acquisition & Sales Advisory for Large High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), Institutional Traders, and Family offices. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of stock ideas, options trading, and exchange margin systems, particularly in cash and futures & options (F&O). This role requires a strategic approach to short-medium term trading and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Role Description :

The candidate for this position will be tasked with the responsibility to understand and analyze stock ideas, specifically focusing on short to medium-term trading strategies. The role requires a demonstrated proficiency in options trading strategies, showcasing the ability to navigate the complexities of derivative instruments. Additionally, a strong familiarity with Exchange Margin systems, encompassing both cash and futures & options (F&O) segments, is essential. The candidate should be adept at interpreting market dynamics, assessing risk factors, and formulating strategic approaches to capitalize on trading opportunities within the defined timeframe. This role is pivotal in contributing to the organization's success in the dynamic landscape of financial markets.

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate revenues by acquiring new clients and increasing Assets Under Management (AUM) through referrals.

- Manage client portfolio risk within the organization's risk norms.

- Collaborate with different teams to identify and capitalize on cross-sell opportunities.

Must Have:

- Dynamic and short-term trading skills.

- Proven ability to generate revenues and add new clients/AUM.

- In-depth understanding of stock markets and large client behavior.

- Ability to manage client portfolio risks.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with clients.
