Roles & Responsibilities : - Will be responsible for generating & identifying new leads, sales, marketing & promotion of Product. - Visitings Banks and PSUs on a daily basis. Hence, willingness to travel is a must - Generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities. - Accomplishing all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding Weekly & Monthly sales goals - Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets by identifying and accomplishing new customers. - Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers - Maintaining and updating the pipeline of all sales leads & lead generation database. - Able to create informative presentations, presenting and delivering information to prospective clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, and conferences. - Candidate needs to be a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and can demonstrate the ability to showcase our product offerings in an exciting way. - Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up. - Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders. Preferred Skills : - Should have strong B2B selling and influencing skills, with the ability to give a good sales pitch. - MS-Office (must have) and Digital Marketing (bonus ) - Managing social media handles, creating content ( a plus) - Robust Sales Drive and resilience with good interpersonal communication skills through Telephonic or Face to face conversations. - Fluent in English along with Bangla/ Punjabi/ Hindi/Marathi/ Telegu - Previous experience with BFSI sales or has worked with a PSU will be added advantage - Worked in a early stage startup (would be a plus) - Should possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.. - Work with colleagues to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner. - Participate in pricing the solution/service. Client Retention: - Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships. - Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. - Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs. - Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately. Business Development Planning: - Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels. - Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. - Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
