Key Accounts Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coverage of the assigned geography by end to end channel client relationship and key account Management.
- Ensure that the customer deployment and onboarding is completed in timely manner and customer is able to maximize value from the product
- Regular travel to customer office for assistance and driving adoption
- Ability to respond in a timely and strategic manner to the day-to-day requirements of our clients, while identifying and uncovering business opportunities
- Assist customers as needed with setting up and navigating programs or software associated with a product or service
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the Company
- Drive Stickiness via conducting technical workshops, webinars, roadmap discussion and executive sponsorships
- Monitor customer health to track usage and customer satisfaction
- Forecast retention, renewal, and health status for assigned accounts
- Promote an energetic fan base for products and locate brand ambassadors to share the product's benefit and value
- Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs
- Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiative
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with all stakeholders
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:- Chartered Accountant or Masters degree in Finance
- MS-Office (must have) and Digital Marketing (would be a preferred bonus however not a compulsion )
- 2-5 years of experience in enterprise account management position strongly preferred
- Well-versed on the technical side of projects and can offer insight and tips on how to use features and troubleshoot.
- Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Proven track record on adding value and reducing churn
- Fluent in English along with one regional language (Hindi - Mumbai , Kannada - Bangalore , Bangla- Kolkata, Marathi- Mumbai , Punjabi - Delhi )
- Previous experience with BFSI sales or has worked with a PSU clients will be added advantage
- Worked in a early stage startup (would be a plus)
- Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
