What You'll Do
As the Head Business Development, you will be responsible for direct ownership of AdvaRisk's B2B (Financial Institutions) clients and overall responsibility of managing 360 degree relationship.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships across financial institutions at management levels and should be able to create strong business relations between AdvaRisk and client stake-holders at all levels
- Leading business development and revenue generation with profit maximization.
- Identify, develop and harness new markets, products and ideas, aligned to company goals.
- Customer Contract Management right from engagement stage to Relationship Management for renewal of contract.
- Overseeing complete solution budgeting of every engagement with customers to the full satisfaction of customer acceptance.
- Establish and monitor the performance goals, allocate resources, and assess policies for all sub-ordinates.
- Develop & articulate sales strategies so as to achieve short term and long term goals
- Focus on value based selling and creating business relevance for technology solutions
- Confident and drive through the Sales cycle of PSUs including RFPs
- Business reporting (monthly forecast, weekly commit, pipeline development)
Who You Are
- To qualify you must have the experience of heading BD for a Fintech startup. Also the fire in your belly and risk appetite to work with a startup and take your career to new heights.
- Shown track-record in achieving direct sales targets and experience in carrying multi-million dollar sale
- We are looking for self-starters, strong negotiation skills with multi-tasking abilities.
