About the Role :

- Building performance measurement infrastructure across functions

- Undertake strategic initiatives and projects external as well as internal

- Help me do research on competition and strategy

- Make available data for decision making as well as aid decision making

- Reporting to investors / structure MIS

Role and Responsibility:

- Drive strategic initiatives internal & external

- Design and own communications and collaboration within the organization

- Define and drive KPI's/KRA across functions

- Manage implementation of processes and systems

- Manage investors relations
