Vice President - Marketing We're currently on the lookout for someone who can help in developing and implementing a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness, setting current and long-term goals for internal teams and help in deploying the marketing budget efficiently with data driven ROI calculations. Key responsibilities : - Responsible for promoting brands in the existing corporates. - Help in Acquisition and on-boarding of new corporates and promoting Advantage Club with them - Overall promotion of our platforms via various social media platforms, e-mailers (shared and dedicated), notifications - Set current and long-term goals for internal teams and Leading the marketing initiatives and adding inputs to the existing marketing policies - Deploy the Marketing department's budget efficiently with data driven ROI calculations - Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies - Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary. Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly - Prepare daily reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO - Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth - Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events - Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department - Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness. - Take ownership of marketing initiatives and traction - BTL and ATL campaign Requirements : - Proven work experience as a VP Marketing, Marketing Director or leading marketing for a startup and experience of taking it to next level is a plus. - MBA from Tier A College is a plus - Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns - Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google AdWords - Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques - Strong leadership skills - Excellent communications skills - Strong analytical and project management skills - Strategic mind-set, with ability to make difficult decisions - Degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field - This is your chance to work at a fun start-up.
