Advansoft - Program Manager - Cloud Services

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Own and manage all work-streams offshore

- Drive onshore/offshore governance model with appropriate team structure

- Hiring, Training, Transition and Complete ownership of run & maintain applications and timely on-boarding of resources for program

- Mentoring, Coaching, Cross-skilling of resources across tracks

- Working with Client Partner & Strategic Cloud Delivery Manager as well as Project Managers / Track leads in driving program wide initiatives

- Initiatives for YoY efficiency improvement (Reduction of incidents, Problems, Errors/Bugs) through Automation, RKM documentation

- Adherence of Service Integration and Management process to ensure no SLA slippage

- Collaboration with Product Development and Product Management to ensure greater attention to program needs from the product side for both run & maintain and projects

- Collaboration with other vendors

- Ensures alignment between customer strategic direction and the SOW objectives working with the Client Partner & Strategic Cloud Delivery Manager

- Drive efficiency by instituting and leading automation efforts, leveraging the Faction APIs and automation systems

- Periodically travel onsite and ensure the teams perform seamlessly with offshore team members

- Oversight and management of multiple programs and/or projects, leveraging various skill-sets ensuring a consistent usage of standard project management practices.

- Actively mentors team members focused on actionable insights, reporting, and value additions based on personal experiences and skills in these areas of focus

- Creates an environment where Functional and analytics professionals can develop their skills and grow their careers through taking on increased responsibility and adding value to the organization

- Takes responsibility for people development including ongoing training, skill building, deployment and career growth. Build competency development and drive to improve productivity.

- Drive performance assessment, training, coaching and mentoring to team members.

- Ensures strong operational processes are in place to deliver across all areas of responsibility

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :

- 15 - 25 Years of Experience. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with work experience in related field

- Minimum 8 years of experience in delivering software projects

- Minimum 4 years of experience working in a management or leadership capacity, having experience managing large programs or equivalent

- Strong executive-level client facing skills and the ability to communicate complex analytical concepts with confidence to a non-technical executive audience.
