Desired Candidate Profile :
- BE / B.TECH in Instrumentation / electronics / EC / Electrical
- 4 - 10 years experience in sales for Process automation products
- PLC , DAS , SCADA , RTU
- Online Analysers , Pressure , Flow ,Temperature measurement
- Project Sales
- Capable of managing revenue
- Sales forecasting , closing orders
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Roles and responsibilities :
- Responsible for setting and meeting the targets.
- Follow up with the prospective clients and negotiate the orders.
- Retain existing customers by providing solutions for their customized requirement
- Develop new customers by applying other marketing strategies / methods.
- Formulate business development strategies to develop business in the assigned region.
- Supplier promotion activities within assigned customer base.
- Product Marketing activities.
- Ensuring profitable growth to organization.
- Submit formal quote to Customer Interacting with the clients and participating in follow up meetings to gather functional information about its internal and external operations.
- Follow-up and chasing of clients to win the opportunities.
- Team Performance review and analysis.
- Data mining and Data analysis and researching of data for course of action.
- Involved in Workshops/ Trainings/ Presentations.
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through research, referrals, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote long-term business partnerships .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical support and marketing, to ensure client satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities .
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential areas for growth
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Work closely with product development teams to provide feedback on customer needs, product performance, and market trends.
- Enable product training for customers R&D teams (engineers) on the technical aspects of semiconductor products.
- Organize seminars, webinars, and workshops to ensure that all customers have the necessary product knowledge to promote and sell products effectively.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback on new product opportunities.
- Support the company identify new markets, customer needs, and product requirements.
