Job Description:
- Regional sales manager in charge of all sales activities, departments and personnel involved in Sales and Marketing for the Company.
- Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company's strategic goals.
- Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
- Establishes performance goals for all sales department employees, and monitors performance on a continual basis.
- Oversees all hiring, training and firing of personnel involved in Sales and Marketing.
- Develops and or participates with the management, in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the Company.
- Coordinates sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the Company.
- Develops and/or maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the Company.
- Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.
- Lead and influence a successful and experienced team of Sales managers.
- Monitor, analyze sales and market trends.
- Responsible for managing and controlling the sales budget
- Responsible for driving revenue and use learning's from that experience to refine sales processes and to build an appropriate team
- Attract, retain, train, and motivate a diverse sales force
- Development of online and offline sales strategy
- Prospecting and growing an account list, handling incoming leads and closing sales.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Marketing teams on developing new products and services for our clients.
- Manages the sales operation of the entire region in terms of its products, key accounts and allied customers.
- Defines the business/sales strategies and executing them for the region.
- Ensures target achievement in line with the objectives set for the region.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Seven or more experience with an established track record in selling products to Industrial Customers.
- Demonstrated business skills related to budgeting, training, hiring, writing, presentation and selling products to clients.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication and listening skills.
- Demonstrated skill in working successfully as a team member with a diverse group of people.
- Capable of establishing and meeting goals and objectives for the sales force.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare succinct reports.
- Ability to work effectively with computer programs- Microsoft Office.
- Willing to travel at least 50% of the time.
