Education: MBA from Tier 1 B-School

Experience :

- A minimum of 10- 12 years of experience

- Strong Program Management Skills

- Prior experience in a Consulting firm will be preferred.

- Demonstrated expertise in Sales & Marketing with preferred industry experience in Resources or Products

- The candidate should have excellent customer facing capabilities, and an established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagements

- The individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the - C - Suite- executives

Key Responsibilities :

1. Project Delivery:

The candidate will be required to work with senior Consulting Strategy professionals and will be expected to :

a. Define project scope and deliverables,

b. Manage delivery and project economics

c. Manage project risk

d. Ensure buy-in of proposed solutions with the client team.

2. Business Development :

In addition to project delivery, the candidate will be expected to :

a. Identify and work on business development opportunities

b. Lead or be part of client site visits and presentations

c. Lead or support the preparation of proposal documents

3. People Development :

People development will be a key attribute of this profile. The role will require the candidate to :

a. Perform the role of coach for Consulting clients and help shape client needs/issues into opportunities

b. Perform the role of a career counselor/guide for team members

c. Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities.

d. Participate in practice engagement initiatives

4. Domain Development :

One of the key expectations from this position would be practice development efforts comprising of :

a. Creation of assets /research papers encapsulating project deliverables and case studies

b. Extending support to the development of marketing collaterals comprising of - point-of-views- on leading operations practices/industry insights that can be leveraged in C-suite stakeholders
