Adsyndicate - Events & BTL Planner

Events & BTL planner's job to ensure everything related to an event is taken care of, from idea conception to programming and day-of logistics & is charged with creating new experiences and bringing visions to life as per Clients requirement.

- To work closely with clients to design and deliver innovative- event- and BTL activation solutions. Create concepts and compelling presentations.

- Work closely with the operations and creative team to deliver the projects across the country. To manage and build client relationships.

- Understand the objectives of our clients and look at ways that we can help them to meet these objectives on each- event.

- Liaise with key event partners and team members to ensure smooth event execution.

- To deliver a flawless experience to our Clients by managing their entire- event & BTL- cycle to assist in- event- quality, client growth and retention.

- Event, Media or Communication professionals with relevant experience in managing large client relationships.

- Should have created and managed large Event & BTL projects for clients across the country.

- Strong communication skills. Must have exposure of working with technology to deliver solutions to clients

Salary Offered : 9-12 Lakhs
