Job Title: Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

Job Location: Sector 66, Gurugram, Haryana

Employment Type: Full Time, Work from Office

Experience Required: Minimum 12 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the product architect, providing strategic and technical leadership.

- Oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions.

- Drive innovation and guide the technology roadmap.

- Lead a team in utilizing Node.js and React for product development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.

- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the technology infrastructure.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

- Expertise in Digital Marketing Integration.

- Knowledge of Data Security and Privacy.

- Collaboration with Marketing Teams/Non-technical teams

- Adaptability and Learning in Digital Marketing

- Disaster Recovery and System Reliability

- Additionally, focusing just on NodeJs and ReactJs. Ensure the database knowledge skills and DevOps skills too.

- Infrastructure Cost Management.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 12 years of experience in technology roles.

- Proven expertise in product architecture and development.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Hands-on experience with Node.js and React technologies.

- Ability to align technology strategies with business objectives.
