Job Description :
- Ownership of 10 to 12 client relationships at any given point in time, with ultimate responsibility for successful, on time and quality delivery of all services and Products to that client.
- Responsible to develop, maintain and broaden relationships with client and ensure long term client satisfaction.
- Responsible to ensure that projects/ engagements within client portfolio achieve targeted profitability.
- Work closely with Own Delivery & Operations team to determine optimal project staffing, maintain overall responsibility for scope and budget of engagements and provide customer's input and feedbacks
- Accurately forecast revenues for assigned client group and manage individual and group utilization targets and also coordinate with Relationship Manager / Engagement Leads/ Delivery Leads, providing feedback on Service Delivery.
- Develop and maintain long term, trusted relationships with client and drive the engagement successfully.
- Collating client requirements and communicating to the Delivery team and follow ups, daily dash board management and progress reporting.
- Ability to forecast revenues for assigned client/ vertical
