Adroitent - Business Analyst - Healthcare Domain

Adroitent, a company with decades of expertise in healthcare domain is looking for a Business Analyst with 5 to 7 years of experience of which atleast 3 years in US Healthcare Domain.

Preferred Profile

Must have a very good understanding on US Healthcare IT landscape and developments

Experience in requirement gathering (client), mapping processes, developing hypotheses based analysis, creating business cases. Must have working knowledge in creating use case diagrams or UML diagrams.

Must have prior experience in developing business requirement documentation and other relevant documents.

Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, Agile methodologies etc.

Preferred Candidate

Adept with verbal and written communication on technical concepts with relevant stakeholders and audience.

Must be able to operate independently as well as in a team environment, and manage multiple task assignments in a cross-cultural teams supporting different time zones.

Proven capability in developing and nurturing client relationships and must be at ease while interacting with senior folks and decision makers at client end.

Must be self driven and strong in work ethic with a commitment to client service excellence

Strong project management, presentation, and coordination skills.
