Adroitent Inc, an IT Services company with focus on Healthcare IT is scaling its account management team with achievers.  - The incumbent would be responsible for increasing business from existing accounts through cross selling and up selling apart from managing health of relationship, stakeholder management and proactively identify and address customer issues.  - The right person for this position would be someone with a strong experience in customer engagement and account management, preferably from Healthcare IT Domain.   - Must have strong experience in mapping the organization, key stakeholder management and influencing decision makers. The position may involve working in different time zones as per the business / client requirements to support the business.  - Responsible to retain existing business, identify new avenues / opportunities within the account across regions and SBUs, and be able strategize customer specific business and engagement models.
