- Bachelor's or Masters (MBA) degree, exposure to PMI, Prince2 methodologies
- 7-8 years of experience in KPO with at least 2-3 years in project / transition management
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution and team working skills
- Proficient in project/transition management lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, monitor, close) preferably in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), management reporting area
- Detail oriented, has ability to anticipate and work on resolving issues that could put project progress at risk
- Should be comfortable playing a strong individual contributor role while working with cross-functional team to successfully deliver key transitions / projects
- Should be willing to work in UK shift and participate in late evening calls with stakeholders
