ADP - Pricing Analyst - Sales Support Role

Job Description :

- Develops and interprets complex pricing necessary to support business functions of contracting, auditing, pricing and client support.

- Compile, analyze, and summarize financial data in preparation for price negotiations on new share deals, contract renewals and migrations.

- Plan, administer and report on the price increase / discount process. He who can challenge the data and information integrity. Recommend and apply controls of the region/business unit.

- Works as a business partner that provides decision support to business unit leader and the business.

- Conducts special projects to analyze complex financial actions and prepares recommendations for policy, procedure, control or action.

- Develops models and provides input and feedback on Division/Group models to improve the ability to plan and control financial and business drivers.

- Will be part of the monthly close (generally last week of the month) where they will have to start late and end up late. They will be talking to Sales and teams who support sales in their daily job

Required Skills:

- Ability to lead a team

- This is a sales support role where the candidate has to support the sales team.

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience in business partnering and stakeholder management

Should be able to work on all the flavors of pricing which are :

- When sales goes to customer, the customer asks for sales pricing, our team will provide that

- When customer wants a discount, they will reach out to us

- When customer is ok to close the order, we will enter the price in the system

- Sign the contract on ADP's behalf

- Provide discounts if the customer wants

- Ability to work as a team member and/or individually with limited supervision

- Should be comfortable working in US shifts

- Should be able to engage stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Graduate / Post graduate in any stream. Preferably MBA

- 2-7 Years of working experience in pricing / other relevant fields

- Ability to prioritize work and quickly adapt to changing priorities

Willingness to work in shifts
