ADP - Java Tech Lead

Work Experience

- 7-10 years of experience in Java/J2EE based product development

- Should have a strong understanding of Basic and Advanced Core Java, EJBs, JSP/Servlets, Web services

- Should have worked with and have strong understanding of JavaScript, DOM and CSS.

- Good understanding of RDBMS (Oracle is desirable)

- Basic SQL query development skills are required.

- JavaScript Frameworks (jQuery) knowledge is a plus.

- Exposure to Web Application Development Frameworks such as Struts/JSF is a plus

- Awareness of O-R Mapping (Hibernate / JPA) is a plus

- Experience in JBoss Application Server and IBM WAS 8.0 and more.

- Experience in Backbone.js, Angular.js, Bootstrap framework is a plus.

Other Experience:

- Strong inclination towards adopting and improvising processes within the group

- Highly self-motivated and directed, with dedication to meeting deadlines and ensuring quality delivery. Work within the strict timeframes to meet deadlines

- Good writing & verbal communication skills.

- Proven Client interfacing skills.

Profile Description:

- Product feature development using Java,J2EE, RDBMS, latest UI frameworks, code and unit testing.

- Should have a good understanding of Application Server and various services such as Transactions, Messaging, Security, etc.

- SQL query development

- Adhere and enforce the security policies of the organization

- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills.
