ADP - Fianncial Analysis & Reporting Analyst - Data Governance

Position Description

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Following the guidance from the Global Data Governance team, develop and maintain Data Governance policies, processes and standards templates

2. Develop and execute audits to ensure compliance with Data Governance practice and collaborate with the business and IT to resolve data issues.

3. Collect HCM related data change requests and ensure that the data owners have all required information to approve changes

4. Facilitate meetings with data consumers, business units and other stakeholders to ensure data governance rules and standards are applied to data related changes/ projects

5. Provide on-going support for the business unit teams

6. Would be involved in Financial analysis in relation to Human Capital data, including Headcount, FTE, and Labor Costs

7. Work closely with the Business Units to understand specific focus areas with respect to their Human Capital, and provide insights through appropriate data analysis

8. Other related duties as required.

Financial Analyst

Responsible for complex reports and analyses using strong skills and extensive proficiency. Uses creative insights into financial situations.

Decision Making/Judgment

General supervision. Frequent discretion and judgement are required in making decisions.

Accountability

Errors may cause substantial expense and affects the accuracy and value of financial reports.

Responsibility

Regularly provides guidance and training to less experienced Financial Analysts.

Experience

1-4 years as a Financial Analyst with a proven proficiency in performing complex financial analyses. Expert knowledge of Excel required.

Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Required or equivalent in education and experience. Advanced degree preferred.
