Presales Consultant - Adobe AEM/ Adobe Campaign/ Adobe Analytics

Adobe is looking out for a Partner Solutions Consultant who will be responsible for - helping our global and regional partners build and deliver successful solutions that drive revenue using Adobe's Digital Marketing Suite.

- The Partner Solutions Consultant will support our partner sales team in the field as we work with the direct sales organization and build a thriving partner ecosystem. In this role our customer is the Adobe partner who will build and deliver solutions using our platform.

- This is a senior technical position and requires a deep technical background in the digital marketing field, credibility in front of C level audiences, and previous experience with one of the following areas campaign automation, web content management, analytics and audience segmentation/activation.

What you will do :

Partner Enablement :

- Work closely with internal teams that develop and deliver training to help improve our training programs and delivery. Help identify the proper resources in Adobe Professional Services to ensure the successful delivery of products.

- Development and communication of technical best practices for the Digital Marketing Suite to partners. Technical support for partner issues. POC and demo development. Solution architecture and solution definition.

- Act as liaison to Adobe internal product management to manage access to early release programs and product road-maps.

Account Planning :

- Works with partner managers to create development strategies for the purpose of helping partners build and deliver solutions that generate revenue and solve customer's business problems.

Product Positioning :

- Works with the assigned partner manager to identify, prepare and deliver product messaging in an effort to demonstrate the Digital Marketing Suite's value proposition.

- Responses to RFI/RFQ Inquiries

- Proof of Concept Projects

Product Integration :

- Identifies product integration requirements and works with customers/prospects to develop an integrated architecture for the purpose of creating a solution vision that demonstrates our ability to integrate into the customer's existing environment.

- Makes recommendations on integration strategies, platforms and application infrastructure required to successfully implement an Adobe solution.

Product Technology Transfer :

- Works with Adobe partners and their prospects to educate them on the overall architecture and operation of the Adobe Solutions during sales cycles.

- Maintaining Customer Satisfaction. Works with the partner development team, customer support, product management, engineering and professional services to identify and resolve product problems and deficiencies affecting pre and post sales customer satisfaction.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in a similar role as a solutions consultant selling high value enterprise software i.e Presales experience

- Previous experience with- web analytics platforms, CMS systems, campaign automation, digital marketing solutions, or digital marketing strategy required

- Strong technical in depth experience in one of the following where the candidate must have implemented the product

- Adobe AEM/CQ

- Experience working in Adobe Campaign/Neolane or competitive products (Unica/Eloqua)

- Adobe Analytics, Omniture, Sitecatalyst, DTM

- Solutions selling skills and demonstrated success developing and maintaining client relationships & strong Presentation skills

- Conversant in enterprise product, solution and technology strategies with the ability to convert current knowledge and skills to the Adobe platform.

- Ability to communicate effectively across teams with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

- High energy level and ability to work independently.

- As much as 30 percent travel may be required.
