Position Summary
Adobe Digital Marketing Solution Business in India has grown exponentially in the last couple of years. Leading eCommerce players, Travel & Hospitality, Media & Entertainment, BFSI and Telecommunication brands have standardized on the Adobe Marketing Cloud. To scale the business, Adobe India is looking for a hand-on sales person with a record of good track record of selling complex software solutions, preferable in the content management/digital marketing space with a hunter mentality. The primary goals are to identify new business opportunities, to grow the business and to establish strategic relationships within the named accounts within the Manufacturing, Retail & CPG Verticals.
Responsibilities
- Expanding sales of Adobe Marketing Cloud – Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Social, and Adobe Campaign - within the Financial Services Vertical
- Define and implement a strategy to find and develop new accounts within their industry. Requires good understanding of the customers’ business and Adobe’s potential within the vertical
- Owns and coordinates all Adobe activities within their vertical and named Accounts.
- Define and execute on Account sales strategies
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships at C-level and functional levels
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and account plans on an ongoing basis.
- Leveraging internal resources, SI, and agency partners to provide solutions to customers’ challenges
- Ongoing tracking and communication of account and vertical market opportunities and issues to the team.
Requirements
- Seasoned sales hunter with 10+ years experience within the Manufacturing, Retail & CPG Verticals.
- Strong application software sales background. Preferably selling CRM and marketing solutions
- Comfortable working with CxO and Functional heads
- Experience in prospecting, account planning, needs analysis, presentations, negotiations and proposal writing
- Highly motivated to succeed and passionate about Adobe products
- Well organized, with the ability to prioritize and to manage time effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Proven ability to work effectively across functional groups
- Pro-active individual with a “can do” attitude who goes the extra mile
- Consistent over-achievement of quota in past positions
- At a minimum Bachelor degree educated, or equivalent
