Position - JAPAC HR Generalist
Location - Noida
Responsibilities
- Triage and provide support on inquires / requests related to People Resource programs and policies including, but not limited to:
- New Hires,
- Compensation
- Employee Relations and Performance Coaching,
- Individual and Mass Data Changes,
- Benefits,
- Employee Records & Data,
- Global Mobility.
- Responsible for managing, tracking, closing and reporting progress on People Resource Inquires issue resolution using the case tracking tool
- Provide coaching to employees and managers and evaluate need to escalate as per complexity / case needs
- Conduct Small Group Meetings, Exit interviews and other employee pulse interventions
- Provide ongoing insights and trends based on inquiries managed.
- Mitigate escalations as much as possible and focus on quick resolution
- Actively contribute to regional/global HR projects/initiatives
- Actively contribute streamlining process for a smooth employee experience.
- Operate as Site HR and provide operational support where local responsibilities are needed
Requirements
- MBA from premier institute with 2-4 years of experience of working in the People Resources (HR) domain
- Should have experience in IT/ITEs/BPO Sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be good at employee relations
- Excellent Interpersonal abilities. Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature and flexible
- Good reasoning ability and sound judgment
- High energy level, comfortable in multitasking
