Role Details : - Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines and recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems. - Provides guidance, advice, analysis, and training of Employee Experience team and Business People Managers in connection with Compensation and Benefits policies. - Monitors internal, external and peer group compensation and benefits data/trends to ensure competitiveness and effectiveness of Compensation and Benefits programs for the region/country. - Helps to plan and develop benefits programs, typically evaluates cost and competitiveness and effective of the programs. - Provides consulting and business partnering with leaders in achieving company objectives while providing the right benefits for Employees. - Exercise judgement within defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation of criteria for obtaining results. - Ensures company compliance with applicable Legal and Government regulations associated with Benefits. Responsibilities: - Involved in developing, modifying, and executing all compensation and benefits programs and policies that affect immediate operations. - Makes decisions on changes in salaries or salary grades that deviate from policy or job structure - Usually acts as a liaison between Global Total Rewards, Employee Experience, Legal, GWS, GSS and outside service providers. - Provides regular support for multiple client groups, ensures proper interpretation and application of compensation and benefit policies - Handles Benefits and Wellness queries from Employees - Manages Key Benefit and Wellness Events - Responsible for relationships with multiple Benefits and Wellness Vendors that are larger in size Education and Experience: - Typically requires 5 - 8 years of relevant experience with a Master's Degree. - Strong analytical mindset, able troubleshooter adept at analyzing information, diagnosing problems and recommending appropriate solutions - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, global organization and to build strong trust-based relationships with remote client groups and colleagues - Ability to deliver high levels of performance and service perfection while handling high volume
