Key responsibilities : - Lead the entire gamut of talent management and learning &amp; development. - Responsible for entire change management and implementation of human resource policies and programs to create an efficient workplace - Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes including sourcing, assessing candidates for various roles, interviewing prospective candidates, liaison with stakeholders, recruiting planning meetings and reviews, offer negotiation, etc. - Conduct employee on-boarding and induction activities - Lead the establishment of an in-house employee training and development program that addresses the company's training needs - Provide support to employees in various HR related areas such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolving related issues - Provides payroll processing, administer compensation and benefit plans and provide day-to-day benefits administration services and assist employees with any claim issues through finance team - Lead employee communication and feedback through different avenues like company meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, newsletters, employee focus groups, one-on-one meetings, and Intranet use - Provide competitive market research and prepare compensation studies to help establish best practices to recruit and retain employees - Lead the implementation of the performance management system and employee development programs Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics Required Skills : - Candidate must be an MBA with specialization in HR from a reputed institution - Candidates must have 12-18 years of relevant experience in end-to-end HR roles - Excellent understanding of general human resources policies and procedures and employment/labor laws - Team management - experience of managing a small team - Knowledge of HRMS, PMS, etc. systems will be a plus - Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word) - The ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Critical thinking and decision-making skills along with multitasking and delivering under tight deadlines - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - High level of attention to detail - Should be able to work under pressure and with multiple stakeholders - Candidates with experience and proven track record in scaling small teams into mid to large sized teams will be given preference - The candidate is a self-starter that thrives on complexity and finding solutions
