Job Title: Admission Head Location: Indore (M.P) Joining Requirement: Immediate Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: The Admission Head , under the umbrella of PEF Foundation, plays a pivotal role in the student enrolment process. This position is responsible for developing and implementing effective admission strategies, overseeing the admission team, and ensuring a streamlined and efficient admission process.

Key Responsibilities: Admission Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive admission strategy tailored to programs and goals.

Team Leadership: Manage, train, and lead the admission team, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.

- Application Process: Supervise the admission application process, including the review of applications, conducting interviews, and making admission decisions.

- Data Analysis: Analyse admission data, identify trends, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve the admission process. Marketing and Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement marketing campaigns and outreach efforts to attract prospective students.

- Admission Policies: Develop and update admission policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining fairness in the selection process. Communication: Maintain effective communication with prospective students and their families, providing information, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns.

- Collaboration: Work closely with academic departments and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between admissions and academic programs. Budget Management: Manage the admission department's budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact. Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on admission activities and outcomes to senior management.

- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in admission management, preferably in higher education. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Thorough knowledge of admission regulations and policies. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
