About Our Client

Our client is a global logistics integrator present in over 100 countries where it integrates all or part of the supply chain, from raw material orders to finished product Automobile industry. They are looking for a CFO to expand their business in India based at Gurgaon.

Job Description

Reporting to the India MD and managing a team of 15-20 people, your role is to organize, coordinate and verify the administrative, finance and accounting activities in the country. Day to day responsibilities will include:

- Group reporting as per US Gaap and I Gaap Continuously works towards improving the quality of reporting

- Cost control assessment and implementing cost control tools

- Financial and strategic planning involving detailed analysis of new projects and prepare business cases for decision making of the Local as well as Group Management

- Treasury and Working Capital management

- Involved in Financial projections, forecasting, budgeting Steer budget development and medium term plan for the group

- Responsible for working with Statutory Auditors, income tax returns and internal audit Liaison and relationship development with all key external stakeholders including banks, auditors, customs and tax officials

- Enhancement of the management monitoring in order to assist the Shareholders, Directors and Chief Officers in their decision making process.

- In addition, you would be required to nurture, motivate and develop the internal talent within the organization as well.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be either a CA or CWA with 10-15 years of professional experience in Manufacturing or Logistics Industry. You must possess excellent communication skills and have prior experience reporting internationally within an MNC environment. International exposure will be an added advantage for this role. The candidate must be of commercial mindset and have the capability to add value to the business surrounding strategic vision of the management.

We are looking for a person with an Entrepreneurial mindset and quick learning capability. The person must have exposure in setting up finance systems/processes from scratch, preferable in a MNC start-up in India. Further, you should be able to demonstrate stability in your career and integrity should be one of your core values.
