Administration Role - Medical Hospital - MBBS

Job Description :

- Managed overall operations and P&L of the unit.

- Ensure implementation and adherence to service standards at the Hospital and established high standards for patient care, safety and service

- Liaised with the legal, political, social and Industrial Relations organizations and Government bodies to ensure smooth operations at the hospital

- Evaluate the Hospital's risk exposure, developed plans and strategies forbearing and mitigating those risks, managing any eventualities and thereafter adhering to the disclosure and reporting process specified

- Responsible for safety and well-being of all employees on the Hospital premises, including contractual and part-time employees

- Ensure adherence to all SOPs and their implementation thereof

- Monitor hospital expansions or new additions within the facility and ensured timely completion as per regulatory or statutory provisions

- Oversaw sales function for the Hospital and ensured relationship management with key stakeholders like corporates, PSUs, etc and oversaw brand building exercises and CSR initiatives at the Hospital.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and tracked associated metrics and quality improvement where necessary at the Hospital.

- Supervise procurement and installation of equipment and monitored adherence to CAPEX budget.

- Ensured adherence to all statutory requirements, accounting and regulatory norms including obtaining and renewing applicable licenses, permits, consents from Licensing Authorities/other Agencies.

- Participate in vendor and management interactions for recommending consensus

- Define/implement a comprehensive change management strategy and effective communication plans for various stakeholders.

- Involve in planning, directing and monitoring department operations including ground maintenance, facility construction, and renovation.
